COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- Gas prices are slightly lower in Ohio as the new work week gets under way.
A gallon of regular gas in Ohio was listed at an average of $3.53 in Monday's survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express. That's 3 cents less than last Monday's average of $3.56 ? and it marks a decrease of 17 cents in the past two weeks.
The national average for regular gas is about $3.59 per gallon, down about 4 cents from a week ago and an 11-cent drop from two weeks ago.
The Ohio average is 8 cents lower than at the same time last month, and 26 cents lower than the same time in 2012.
